Zimbabwe Liugong 4S Store Project Main Structure Topped Out

In the afternoon of 4 June 2024, with the pouring of the last concrete in place, the ‘Zimbabwe LiuGong 4S Store Project’ constructed by Transtech Engineering Corporation Zimbabwe Branch was successfully topped out, 26 days ahead of schedule, which marks the successful completion of the main project of the office building.

This project is invested by Colour Champion (Private) Limited, which is a three-storey office building integrating office and lodging, frame structure, with a total floor area of 1,383.65m2. The Employer is very satisfied with the execution and performance of the project of Transtech Engineering Corporation Zimbabwe Branch, and gives full affirmation and recognition in terms of safety, quality, progress and management.

The follow-up works of this project include glass curtain wall, real stone paint and other highlight practices that are less used in Zimbabwe, which will generate publicity and demonstration effect in the neighbourhood after completion, and positively promote the establishment of good brand image of Transtech Engineering Corporation Zimbabwe Branch will complete the construction tasks of the subsequent project works with fuller enthusiasm for smooth completion and handover.
