Transtech Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "TRANSTECH") is an independent legal entity of China Railway International Group Co., Ltd., a specialized foreign economic company under China Railway Group Limited (“CREC” for short), one of the world's top 500 enterprises. The registered office is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

The predecessor of TRANSTECH is the Foreign Affairs Liaison Group of Personnel Department of China Railway Erju Group Corporation, which started to go abroad to provide labor service cooperation in 1980, and then gradually entered the international engineering contracting market. As a professional force for international operation, Transtech has built a large number of high-quality projects of transportation and municipal affairs, housing and construction, energy and power, port and water conservancy in more than 30 countries in Asia, Africa, South America, Oceania and other regions, especially in countries along the "Belt and Road" over the past 40 years. The company has won several Luban Prizes for China Construction Project and been generally praised by the industry and the host countries The company has been listed in ENR's "Top 225 International Contractors" list for several times.
